Families Learning to Teach and Learning to Succeed Program is an Adult Education program working with and for families by providing them the tools to succeed.

To empower adults and families by providing tools for their leadership development through a participatory approach. 

Vision

To develop strategies that empower adults together with their families to learn, use and share community resources.

Family Empowerment

Encourage the class to be participative in every topic developed according their needs. Use the correct tools that will improve in their lives.

Encourage the participant to develop confidence within the classroom by providing information and tools that covers their needs.  Inviting them into the different activities and workshops. Provoking enthusiasm and curiosity to improve their life style, at work with the family and in the community. Prepare the parents to be better teachers for their children, better participants in our communities and better individuals.
